Enjoy the exercises with your baby and other mums in a friendly environment, and help give your mind, body & spirit the needed support to recuperate after pregnancy and childbirth whilst bonding with your baby. Afterwards, mums can enjoy lunch and a relaxing tea break together before putting their babies down for nap. As you can see, we have lots of fun! Class coming to Redondo Beach soon.
