Pregnancy Yoga & Preconception
Patricia teaches Pregnancy Yoga The Khalsa Way® which uses stretching postures, breathing, relaxation techniques & meditation from both the Hatha and Kundalini Yoga traditions to offer relief from the common discomforts of pregnancy, while strengthening the body, heart and mind. Women learn to surrender and go with the flow in preparation for labour and delivery.
This class is also appropriate for women who wish to conceive as it begins to help the woman align herself with the pregnancy mindset and Universal Energy. Patricia also offers Couples Pregnancy Yoga for Birth Preparation classes a few times per year. For more information on the next class, or to get on the waiting list, contact Patricia.
Class is open to all yoga levels and stages of pregnancy.
Please consult with your Physician/Midwife before attending class.

"One of the joys of teaching pregnancy yoga is the bonding that occurs in class.
Women meet new friends, and I feel the joy of having been part of an important transition in a woman's life."
